login to your blogger by your gmail account and try to select the blog that you want to delete you will find setting on right side of that open that and you will see a tab "delete blog" press it and blog will be deleted
but there is no problem if you signup two blogs with same email id in blogger i have total 9 blogs registered with one email account in blogger.
