Someone is sending me emails. and i need to know who it is

You can't. (unless you have a court order for some reason). Some 'sending you email' is not enough justification to get them to divulge the identity of a user...





The thing about email is that you can spoof any 'return address'.





Examine the header information in the message and you can see if it actually comes from gmail. Also, unless the email is threatening in some way, it's just another spammer. Delete them or make a rule to delete them.

open your mail, press new, type their e-mail address into the 'to' bar, in the message area type 'who are you' then click send

If he is orkut probably you can find his place but in orkut also they are giving fake things, so my advice to you is just don't care about that and proceed with your work
