I'm thinking about just making a blog but not sure if the name and I get wishy-washy with it and I'm afraid that I might not like it in the future. Can it delete the blog if I don't like it or I permently get it in my gmail account?

there are no limit on the no. of blogs you can setup .
Number of Blogs: You can have as many blogs as you like on one account.

you can delete any blog you made from inside your account anytime and also create a new one
